And at last I see the Light x x And it's like the fog has lifted -------------------------------------------
The sound of waves reached the ears of a certain pink haired girl, as she just layed on the soft sand staring up to the clouds. It was peaceful and quiet like nothing could disturb this moment, yet the girl knew she would have to get up and look for someway to contact Light and Snow. Serah had appeared at this location just a few days ago and had been staying in the building just up the path, it wasn't much but it was shelter and she had managed to find a few things to eat. Taking one last glance to the clouds she finally stood up and brushed all the access sand off herself, including her thigh high socks and skirt. The places sand got into was unbelieveable, and it was always a pain to get out in the end. Putting her hand to her brand she frowned lightly, she had been saved by Vanille and Fang from being a crystal forever.
But there was a question still on her mind, why had she been pulled through a hole to this world. And could it be possible that there was no threat of being turned into a monster, also could Vanille and Fang have been spared as well. Taking one last glance to the ocean and the beach, she began the trek back up to the building. It felt so odd to her when she had entered inside it, a feeling like there used to be children a long time ago. Call her mind crazy but she could also swear she heard distant laughing, and the echoes of children at night. At first she thought maybe it was ghosts or spirits, but when she really thought about it it occured to her it was probably memories embedded into the walls.
As she headed into the building, she wondered how she was going to contact Snow and Light. There didn't seem to be a radio nearby or anything else she could use to signal a person if they were near, and she had already checked outside to see if there was some type of vehicle or bike she could use. Nothing she was stranded. And when she went to look at the surrounding area all she saw was rugged terrain, and the ocean. And without a map how would she even know where to start walking it could take days or even weeks before she finally reaches a town. Sitting down on one of the beds, she continued to think of ways she could travel.

Something had happened. Something had shifted the veil that had separated the worlds and their nature. Something had split the very fabric that had restricted Seymour to his 'Sent form' and had stopped him, from giving Spira the Eternal Gift. He had been stuck, and stopped from tearing the Veil itself. Indeed, he knew of the other worlds. Most with the magical power he had knew. However, very few, if none possessed the power he did, so perhaps on he truly had the knowledge of other worlds, and a being who may have had similar power, trying to achieve his goals, and how failed, but caused enough reaction to tear the veil open.
Or he had simply lapsed in strength, and done it of his own accord. That seemed likely too.
He had stood atop a rock, breathing gently as he gazed over the beach. Were he not so certain that he wasn't within his own world, he'd believe this to be none other then a little alcove off Besaid. However, the building in the distance spoke different. As did the size of the beach, and the girl that he had watched laying upon the sand. He didn't know why. Perhaps he was feeling a bit light-headed since his return. Perhaps, he was too repulsed. Or perhaps she seemed to be just as dead as he did. Perhaps....yes. He knew her universe all too well.
He couldn't help but laugh, his high pitched whine, blood boiling, bone chilling, spine tingling, hair raising, and painful laugh. It brought back so many memories. Brought back the ecstasy of killing those Ronso, brought back the horrid memory of that fateful battle with Yuna and her guardians. It also brought back his memories of 'Banishment'. He laughed more, as he saw the girl make her way to the building.
The building held more secrets then the girl could ever realise. More secrets then she'd ever lay eyes on. Spells, magicks, memories, the embedded memories and the cries of agony and sorrow lingered in the halls. He'd learn each and everything he could from the room. He twirled his palm, his body scattering to the wind, as the pyreflies took flight. His essence within, as the cloud flew towards the building, making travel easier. He seemingly hovered above her, before he 'solidified behind her.'
"Find anything interesting?"
His voice was soft, smooth, calm. His traditional Guado voice. The one he had used to glamor Yuna and her guardians into trust him. It had worked a charm. Why wouldn't it work now? [/blockquote]

And at last I see the Light x x And it's like the fog has lifted -------------------------------------------
Serah quickly lifted her head hearing the laugh, but it was not a normal laugh. Like one where your talking to a best friend about something funny, or joking around. No this laugh sounded like an animal or person or.......or was it a monster. Whatever it was it sounded twisted and if she had to guess close by. Her heart began to race wildly in her chest, what would she do if whatever it was came this way. She had no weapons she could use nor did she have a eidolon she could summon to her side, that was one thing she wasn't able to obtain before she became crystal. Though soon the laugh stopped but she was still trying to calm her heart that wanted to jump right out of her chest, that's all she needed right was to be eaten or killed by a monster in this strange world she had been brought into. Still sitting on the bed Serah took a few deep breathes, finally being able to calm herself down. Hopefully whatever had done that was long gone.
She of course didn't notice the pyreflies above her, and wouldn't even know what they are since she has never seen them before. And upon hearing the voice suddenly behind her, Serah quickly jumped up and turned around to see a strangely dressed man. She hadn't seen anyone enter through the door nor had she heard any footsteps, so just where did he come from. Was he a ghost or spirit maybe, that could be one explanation as to how he appeared behind her without her knowing. Hearing his question, she almost couldn't find her voice. "I....um.....no not really". Serah had barely explored this place since she's been here, so if there was anything else interesting she wanted to know where it was hiding. She had seen the beach and this building, but she had yet to see anything else. Something inside told her that there was one more thing, but she would need to find it.
She just wanted to find someway home, and to make sure her sister was alright also Snow. And Serah knew they were probably worried about her as well, this was just all too much for her. Being dragged into a new world was something unexpected. "Also do you know where we are?"
Her eyes trailed over his attire, how strange it looked. It was unlike anything she had ever seen before, people back home didn't wear that sort of clothing so he must be from another world. When she had woken up in this odd place, at first she thought she had passed out on the beach nearby her home but when she got a good look around she knew it wasn't home. And of course panic had been evident on her face as she tryed to find her sister and fiancee, had even called out for them but no response came back to her. She tryed to leave as well but that had been pointless since she had no idea where to go, and now that someone else was here even if they are some sort of spirit or guide or something. Maybe this man could tell her where she was, or if there was a town nearby. "How did you just appear like that, are you a ghost or spirit? Also do you know if there is a town nearby, because i've been stuck here two days".

Seymour gave that soft, reassuring, and utterly fake smile, to help keep this child calm. Having her upset, screaming or petrified to a state of unhappy would utterly wreck Seymour's plans and he would have to simply kill her, and add another spirit to this place, that would hinder his progress to finding the magick's that....Ultimecia had left here. That made Seymour wonder. Who was this Ultimecia? He knew her name, her face, and her power, power that rivaled his own, just by being in the building. It could be, the passing of the Veil, bestowed upon him knowledge of this world, or that the pyreflies had gathered this knowledge the spirits and the spells that lay dormant in the building. Whatever the case, he now knew, who in this world he needed seek out should things not go his way with his initial attempts at removing the filth and the unworthy of this world. It would take more then a mere hand-stroke to do so it would seem.
"Finding, something of interest, one needn't look, child. One need only, open their eyes.
His laughter escaped his lips, the same laughter she would have heard only moments before. He then did something, that he had done long ago, when the need for it was around. When the false teachings were being taught, and only the Maesters knew the true extent of what was actually happening. Seymour did the traditional bow of Yevon, the Yevon Prayer. He smiled softly, and turned his head.
"We are in a world, without a name. In a place, with many faces. I would tell you where we are, would I know it. However, child, Yevon does not reveal the name of where we are. Praise be to Yevon, that we are not alone."
He'd rather be alone. It would be praise to Yevon, that he did not kill this child in cold blood, releasing her from the constraints and pain of life. Everything was a spiral of death, so why not release them from it. He turned slightly, as he moved towards one of the beds that were within. Gazing down at it, with glazed eyes. He extended his arm, moving it from left to right, as an Astral Image of Seifer poking fun of Zell seemingly flickered before them. Seymour allowed the laugh to escape his lips again.
"You'd be mistaken in taking me for a ghost, spirit or anything of that sort. However, I am indeed, dead. I know, nothing of this place, and have only just recently woken. I don't believe any other building, town or anything of consequence around."
It would be more for his sake, to dig up all the 'dirt' to find the spells that had kept these memories in place. They were spells he would need extract, and learn from. Perhaps, he could treat the girl to a little show, before he undoubtedly took her life.
"Would you like to see what happened here?" [/blockquote]

And at last I see the Light x x And it's like the fog has lifted -------------------------------------------
This just seemed so odd to her she had no idea what to think of it, for two days she had been stranded out in the middle of nowhere beside a ocean and crumbling ruins. So why did someone finally decide to manifest himself to her, it then dawned on her that he could have been the one who let out that strange frightening laughter. Another thing she found quite odd was how he just appeared behind her without her even noticing, guess that's what she gets for being lost in her own thoughts. Once he asked if she had found anything interesting she simply with replied with a no, but that hadn't really been true. After all she did find the beach just behind this building, yet this man replied in such a way that was foreign to her. One needn't look, only open their eyes. Just what did he mean by that, was there really something here she was missing then. Perhaps she could take one last glance outside to see if there was indeed something she has missed, when she first arrived she had been in such a dizzy nothing made sense to her.
Rubbing her brand she stepped back, that laughter. So it had been him who had let that laugh out, this was starting to scare her abit as she took a few more steps back from him. Who would have thought that such a human being could possess such a wicked laugh, hearing it again and this time in the same room as her made chills go up her spine just slightly. Serah then watched as he did a odd bow, before smiling softly and turning his head. Just what was up with this guy seriously, first he gives a creepy laugh to send chills down one's spine then he does a wierd bow. Then he began to speak again in dialouge she did not understand, what was this Yevon he was talking about. "Please if you could, don't call me child. My name is Serah Farron, and what is this Yevon you keep talking about?". She just wanted to come out and say he made no sense, but also didn't want to be rude.
So he had no idea what the name of this place was, well that didn't help her now did it. Serah needed a location and a map, or some sort of direction as to where she could go. Because there was no food here, and she couldn't very well wade into the water on the beach to catch fish or crabs. Her eyes watched as the robed man moved over to the bed, and right before her eyes an image of two children appeared. One seemed to be poking the other in a playful fashion, then it vanished as quick as it appeared. Were these one of the memories which were embedded into the walls of this place, those children who were they. If she had to take a stab in the dark, she could only guess this might have been an orphanage since there were beds lining the wall that looked small enough for a child. Glancing up once again to the robed man she sighed, so she really was stranded. "Your dead, yet you stand here before me as if your solid and alive. Excuse me if this all seems so strange to me sir".
She had to get out of here, who cared if she had to walk a million miles to find some sort of town. If it took days then fine, she just wanted to get a real meal and somewhere better to stay. Also something in her gut was telling her to get away from this man, afraid he might do something to her. When he asked if she wanted to see what happened here, Serah simply shook her head lightly. "I need to find my sister and fiancee, if I have to walk to find civilization then fine I will". It was still daytime, true she had no summons or magic or weapons. But she could find whatever to defend herself if needed, heading out of the bedroom she went for the front of the building.
